{"id":6232,"date":"2025-02-03T14:26:48","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T20:26:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alivio.org\/?p=6232"},"modified":"2025-02-03T17:00:34","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T23:00:34","slug":"heart","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alivio.org\/es\/heart\/","title":{"rendered":"Febrero es el Mes de la Salud del Coraz\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elija alimentos y bebidas saludables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elija comidas y refrigerios saludables y aseg\u00farese de comer muchas frutas y verduras frescas y menos alimentos procesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comer muchos alimentos con alto contenido de grasas saturadas y grasas trans puede contribuir a las enfermedades card\u00edacas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comer alimentos ricos en fibra y bajos en grasas saturadas, grasas trans y colesterol puede ayudar a prevenir el colesterol alto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limitar la sal (sodio) en la dieta tambi\u00e9n puede reducir la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Limitar el az\u00facar en la dieta puede reducir el nivel de az\u00facar en la sangre para prevenir o ayudar a controlar la diabetes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mantener un peso saludable<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas con sobrepeso u obesidad tienen un mayor riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca. Cargar peso adicional puede ejercer una presi\u00f3n adicional sobre el coraz\u00f3n y los vasos sangu\u00edneos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para saber si tu peso est\u00e1 en un rango saludable, puedes calcular tu \u00cdndice de Masa Corporal (IMC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Realice actividad f\u00edsica con regularidad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La actividad f\u00edsica puede ayudarlo a mantener un peso saludable y reducir la presi\u00f3n arterial, el colesterol en la sangre y los niveles de az\u00facar en la sangre. Para los adultos, el Cirujano General recomienda 2 horas y 30 minutos de ejercicio de intensidad moderada, como caminar a paso ligero o andar en bicicleta, cada semana. Los ni\u00f1os y adolescentes deben realizar 1 hora de actividad f\u00edsica todos los d\u00edas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">No fumes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fumar cigarrillos aumenta en gran medida el riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca. Si no fumas, no empieces. Si fuma, dejar de fumar reducir\u00e1 su riesgo de enfermedad card\u00edaca.
