Awards & Recognition
Making A Difference
Alivio’s mission has been validated by the growing demand for our services, and we have been recognized locally and nationally for the work we do.
Alivio received Patient-Centered Medical Home recognition from the National Committee on Quality Assurance in May 2014.
Alivio Medical Center also achieved The Joint Commission reaccreditation in 2015. Only 38 percent of all community health centers in Illinois have achieved such status. The Joint Commission accreditation recognizes Alivio not only for its outstanding service, but also for all aspects of the organization’s operations.
