Mosaic Square
Coming in 2025
As populations of our Chicagoland communities grow, Alivio Medical Center is also expanding to keep up with the varying needs of our communities. AMC is honored to announce the groundbreaking of a new health center located on the Southwest Side of Chicago.
Alivio Medical Center at Mosaic Square will transform the health landscape for residents of West and South Chicago by providing a whole-person, holistic care model that is culturally competent and accessible, connecting the community to a wide range of health care and supportive services. The community health center is part of the redevelopment plan of Mosaic Square, which was once home to a public housing complex. The project will create a community where right-to-return residents and neighbors will have easy walking distance to groceries, childcare, retail, green space and healthcare services.
We are excited about this community health center, and the broader redevelopment of this site, and the ability to provide transformative wellness and support access to comprehensive healthcare for the entire community to live their healthiest lives.
Alivio’s proposed project for Mosaic Square includes a transformative and integrated approach to improve access to a wide range of primary and specialty health care services:
- Adult and Family Medicine
- Pediatrics
- Obstetrics & Midwifery
