Free, One-on-One Help to Sign Up for Health Insurance Available at Alivio!

It is time to sign up for health insurance for 2016! Our team at Alivio is available to help you choose the right health insurance for you and your family. Services are available to the entire community and are provided at no cost to you.

We provide information and assistance with:

• Medicare
• Medicaid
• Programs through Get Covered Illinois:
  • Medicaid (Medical Card) and
  • Illinois Health Insurance Marketplace

We have certified counselors that can help you apply for Medicaid, shop on the Marketplace or navigate the Medicare application. We are located across Chicago in eight different communities including: Pilsen, Little Village, Back of the Yards, McKinley Park, Marquette Park and Bridgeport.
